Kratki opis projekta

Projekt „Razvoj algoritma za generiranje mogućih trasa telekomunikacijske mreže“ provodi se u sklopu poziva PK.1.1.06 – Inovacijski vaučeri za MSP-ove (Inačica 2), u okviru prioriteta „Jačanje gospodarstva ulaganjem u istraživanje i inovacije, podupiranjem poslovne konkurentnosti, digitalizacije i razvoja vještina za pametnu specijalizaciju“.

Nositelj projekta je GDi Ensemble Global d.o.o., uz stručnu podršku istraživačkog tima s Fakulteta elektrotehnike i računarstva (FER).

Projekt je sufinanciran sredstvima Europske unije, putem Ministarstva gospodarstva (PT1) i HAMAG-BICRO-a (PT2), u okviru specifičnog cilja „Razvoj i jačanje istraživačkih i inovacijskih kapaciteta, te primjena naprednih tehnologija“.

Glavni ciljevi projekta

• razvoj i primjena naprednih algoritama za planiranje telekomunikacijskih mreža,
• integracija geografskih slojeva i infrastrukturnih podataka za precizno i isplativo pozicioniranje mrežnih čvorova,
• jačanje inovacijskih kapaciteta GDi-ja kroz suradnju sa znanstveno-istraživačkom zajednicom,
• stvaranje temelja za međunarodnu konkurentnost proizvoda i širenje primjene i na druge sektore (energetika, transport).

Postignuti rezultati

• razvijena vanjska biblioteka s algoritmom optimizacije na temelju OpenStreetMap podataka,
• implementirani ulazni parametri i izlazni rezultati u tabličnom i GIS obliku,
• unaprijeđena verzija GIM sustava koja korisnicima omogućava brže, pouzdanije i troškovno učinkovitije planiranje mrežne infrastrukture.

Ovaj projekt potvrđuje stratešku usmjerenost GDi-ja prema digitalnoj transformaciji, pametnim tehnologijama i održivom razvoju, uz istovremeno jačanje suradnje između gospodarstva i znanosti.

Komercijalizacija inovativnih GDi Ensemble rješenja za digitalnu infrastrukturu i upravljanje imovinom na tržištu EU (GRID)

Kratki opis projekta

Cilj projekta je komercijalizacija proizvoda “GDi Ensemble for Telecom Roll-out Automation” i “GDi Ensemble Assets&Ops for SME” kroz inovaciju internih procesa isporuke proizvoda nužnih za komercijalizaciju. Proizvodi su rezultat internog R&D-a. Kroz inovaciju internih procesa omogućiti će se potpuno novi za GDi načini isporuke proizvoda kroz indirektnu isporuku za enterprise korisnike preko partnera – integratora sustava te za korisnike MSP-ve kroz tržište aplikacija trećih strana. Uvesti će se potpuno novi proces isporuke proizvoda u segmentu kontrole kvalitete proizvoda na način da će uvesti proces kontinuiranog testiranja kao i procesi koji će osigurati usklađenost proizvoda sa regulatornim i sigurnosnim standardima.

Ciljevi i očekivani rezultati projekta

Projekt obuhvaća inovaciju procesa Prijavitelja s ciljem komercijalizacije inovativnih proizvoda “GDi Ensemble for Telecom Roll-out Automation” i “GDi Ensemble Assets&Ops for SME. Da bi se oba proizvoda mogla uspješno komercijalizirati unutar GDi inovirati ćemo sljedeće procese:

• Inovacija procesa isporuke kroz uvođenje predizajniranih korisničkih procesa planiranja i izgradnje digitalne infrastrukture
• Inovacija procesa isporuke kroz uvođenje potpuno nove metodologije implementacije GDi Ensemble za indirektnu isporuku
• Inovacija procesa isporuke u segmentu kontrole kvalitete proizvoda.

Provedbom ovih procesa obje inovacije biti će spremne za tržište (TRL 9).

Projekt će kroz realizaciju planiranih aktivnosti doprinijeti komercijalizaciji proizvoda koji direktno doprinosi ciljevima Digitalnog Kompasa, Zelenog sporazuma (Green Deal) koji nalaže smanjenje emisija stakleničkih plinova za minimalno 55% do 2030. godine zbog toga što upotreba digitalnih tehnologija uvelike smanjuje štetni utjecaj na okoliš. Oba proizvoda koja će

se komercijalizirati nakon završetka projekta doprinose digitalizaciji i zelenoj tranziciji odnosno smanjenju utjecaja na okoliš prije svega kroz smanjenje zagađenja okoliša ispuštanjem CO2.

Ekonomski i društveni učinak projekta u RH

Projekt će doprinijeti povećanju izvoza GDi i povećanju broja zaposlenih. Također kroz komercijalizaciju GDi Ensemble for Telecom Roll-out Automation projekt će podržati daljnje uvođenje optičkih mreža što će dovesti do veće dostupnosti multimedijalnih usluga širom RH te širenju dostupnosti optičkih mreža u ruralnim krajevima. Kroz komercijalizaciju GDi Ensemble Assets&Ops for SME projekt će doprinijeti daljnjoj digitalizaciji poduzetništva u RH.

The European Commission in Brussels has honored A1 Hrvatska with the prestigious European Broadband Award for their groundbreaking project, co-financed by European funds, to build a next-generation fixed broadband access network in Solin. This initiative has brought gigabit-speed internet to rural areas, revolutionizing connectivity and enhancing community life.

A1 Hrvatska leveraged the advanced capabilities of GDi Ensemble OSS to design and implement the network infrastructure. Impressively, the project was completed five months ahead of schedule, showcasing exceptional efficiency and innovation.

Transformational Impact: 3,000 Households Connected

With a total investment exceeding €2.1 million, the project has delivered state-of-the-art fixed internet access to nearly 3,000 households in previously underserved areas. It was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Operational Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014–2020, under the initiative “Building Next Generation Networks (NGN)/Next Generation Access Networks (NGA) in NGA White Areas.”
