GDi Ensemble OSS is a digital software platform that supports configurable and flexible implementations of complete business process solutions in the service, resource and enterprise domains including service catalog, inventory and order management, resource inventory, order, asset and location management as well as Open API supported BSS and OSS integration management.
Covering everything from order management to workforce scheduling and tracking, it ensures efficient execution and resource optimization throughout. Service management provides customized service inventory and catalog capabilities aligned with business rules. It offers data models, precise customer and service definitions, and seamless orchestration.
The unified resource management helps telecom service providers manage the lifecycle of their physical network infrastructure from planning to decommissioning and disposal. It includes essential tool for managing the network, planning new deployments, and troubleshooting issues. It also consists of network planning and designing tools which support strategic and tactical planning.
Adaptable provisioning capabilities that can be tailored to suit any network, whether it serves as a central provision system or supports provision systems. It effectively aggregates data from various domains to offer cohesive management of faults, performance, service quality, and inventory. Additionally, it ensures seamless reconciliation of inventory data retrieved from the network with the information stored in Network/Service Inventory.
